Want to make a difference to the oceans in the long run?

Use the resources on this website to educate yourself, your friends and your family about the impact of industrial fisheries. Follow these steps to play your part in reducing your seafood consumption and make a difference for our oceans come the end of February.

REPLACE

Replace the seafood in your diet with plant-based dishes. There are loads of fantastic fish alternatives on the market to make this even easier and more exciting. Adding more plant-based dishes to your diet is good for the planet and good for your health.

REDUCE

If you cannot go completely fish-free, decreasing the amount of seafood in your diet will still make a positive difference for the oceans. Try going fish free in the month of February or go fish free on Fridays.

RESEARCH

If you do choose to eat seafood, do some research to ensure that it has been as sustainably sourced as possible. Visit our Resources page for links to regional seafood guides.
